As we are an Online Property Business, and for your safety, Virtual Viewings will be conducted on a face time Zoom call initially where we can narrow down the selection and once the best room is selected, we may arrange a viewing with the tenants. (Screen share with extra photos and video and the floor plan is shown where possible) This is a full and thorough presentation, and most people are comfortable with proceeding right away to save time, money and hassle. (The new norm)
The necessary Government COVID guidelines must be followed for viewings wearing a mask and disinfecting hands before and after,
Our service is Quick, Efficient and Friendly.

We will save you time and money in the whole letting process. We can have you all signed up on the zoom call if you choose your room and want to secure it before someone else does. Only one week deposit is required to take it off the market. I.e: Room £650 x12 = £7800 divided by 52 weeks = £150.
Step 1: Book the call online. I need email, mobile and time for the call.
Step 2: Agree to proceed on your choice of room ( Arrange to view if necessary)
Step 3: Confirm heads of terms and contract are drawn up.
Step 4: Register with Goodlord website from our email for the contract signing, payment and document upload.
Step 5: Final signing, payment and book check-in time. (Room cleaned and Inventory clerk does a check-in report)
Step 6: Check-in self-access with key code. All done safely and virtually.
