Vivien is a dynamic, enthusiastic and inspirational individual who is passionate about people, business and property. (Now the biggest fan of her two grandchildren!)

With over 30 years of property experience in both the UK and abroad in South Africa, Vivien has achieved great success based on a solid foundation of property sales and management training. She was awarded for her unsurpassed excellence and consistently high standard of real estate professionalism, culminating in receiving the Top National Property Broker position in 2001 for Wakefields; the largest real estate company in South Africa.

Immigrating to the UK with her three children at the end of 2001, Vivien established herself conservatively in the real estate and financial environment gaining invaluable market experience and business to business exposure. Then build the current business from inception in 2009. The business has grown and flourished growing organically with determination and a desire to succeed whilst helping people with their most valuable assets.

Vivien is married to Raymond Mitchell, and together they are ambitious entrepreneurs with a passion to leave a legacy for their joint children and to make the world a better place.

Having served in the ministry for 20 years in South Africa, Raymond has exceptional social skills and works well with Landlords and Tenants to develop solid long-standing relationships. Raymond has also worked as a teacher of Business Studies, Economics and Technology in a private school in South Africa and has a sound business head and a caring approach. Ray played a huge role in developing the skills of the Foreign Exchange Students, who come to support the family team administratively over the years, whilst learning English and business management.

He left employment to build his full "House Doctor Service" contracting to the Company and simultaneously helping facilitate maintenance support for a local school part-time.

He will qualify in PAT testing of equipment and Health and Safety to support the business as a contractor and serve the wider community.

Sarah Salethorne

Sarah is a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate, creative and analytical.

With over 10 years experience, working in some of the country's top creative marketing & PR agencies, Sarah has gained invaluable insight into the importance of brand management.

Sarah works part time in the business and does the finance management and accounting. Sarah also works for Empower Global, a national charity, where she heads up the business management department.

Andreea Domitian

Andreea is a bubbly, friendly person with a hard-working ethic and desire to help people. She has worked in the property industry covering all aspects of administrative work and client management and works well with tenants and Landlord's and contractors and is a valuable loyal member of the team. She has worked in London for a large property investor and then moved to Surrey to join our busy company. Her cheerful positive disposition makes her the light and joy of our office routine.

She is passionate about nature, animals, arts and crafts and in her spare time makes jewellery.
