We offer competitive fees providing real 'value for money' to encourage referrals and repeat business. We only deal with cash buyers and do not entertain the negotiations related to chain management. We can also refer any requests for mortgage advice and consultation to reputable brokers associated with our company.

When an offer is accepted, we manage the negotiations through to exchange of contracts. This could include any post-survey renegotiations. We will recommend and co-ordinate the services of surveyors, solicitors and even removal firms that you may need to help you successfully complete every aspect of your move.

Our greatest concern is that the transaction between Sellers and Buyers is conducted with great consideration to both parties to create a wining solution; as the sales and moving process is stressful enough. We aim to make the journey a pleasant one and happy customers provide us with more effective business through referrals.
