Our Fees

We pride ourselves in offering the most cost-effective award winning service, providing real 'value for money' to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Our fee structure is as follows:

Residential Lettings

Full Property Management:

To provide a full property management service, we charge 10% in addition to the initial Tenant Find Fee agreed, which is a minimum of 2 weeks rent or £500 flat fee.

To take over a current portfolio we will offer an introductory offer of 8% for the first 3 months, thereafter 10%.

*All fees are based on a percentage of a minimum of a 12 month AST (Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement) and are subject to VAT.

Local Tenant Find:

Sole Mandate - The Company charges 8% to the Landlord, based on a Company Sole Mandate for a minimum of 6 weeks.

Open Market - If the property is already listed on the open market, the Company charges 10%, provided terms and conditions are agreed.

To renew or renegotiate an existing contract, we charge a minimum of £125.

For tenants, there is a minimal administration charge of £150 per person over 18 years of age.

We do not have any other hidden fees for preparation of the tenancy agreement, viewings or handover of keys.

We can provide an EPC, Floor Plan, Professional Photography, Gas Safety Certificate, Inventory, Check In Report and most Home Repair, Electrical and Plumbing Works through our carefully selected assosiates and partners. Prices will be quoted on application.

Residential Sales, Structured Deals & Lease Options

We sell property nationally within a variety of creative ways, due to our professional experience and qualifications. Our fees range between 1.25% and 3.5% depending on what level of service is required.
